For those of you that have been following along – you know that I am obsessed with herbs and just how much they can help you. What a lot of people take for granted is painkillers. Most people truly have no idea that herbs can do the same thing and are better for your body. That is why I decided to go ahead and plant myself an herb garden and I found – that the most popular herb to grow is Ginseng.
This is an herb that has so many different things that it can help you with – memory being the main thing. If you are finding that you are constantly forgetting things, growing Ginseng might be beneficial to you. If only because you can grind it up and drink a tea or even just eat it raw.
Ginseng is also a fantastic herb to lower your cholesterol levels, improve your immune system and also give you most stamina. It will also help treat a lack of appetite and a lot of sleep disorders.
